Our chairperson training is aimed at those who work as a chairperson or who are about to take on a chairperson's assignment. The training contains a mix of theory and practice where you will dive into cases together during the training.

The training will be carried out in an exclusive group, all of whom have good experience in board work and in some cases also in the role of chairperson. During the training, each participant will be given space for individual reflection and discussion in an open setting. All participants are expected to exchange important experiences and strengthen each other in the role of chairperson.

Course leaders
Regina Sipos.
Regina Sipos is a former CEO of companies in the social utility sector. Since 2017, she devotes herself full-time to board work. She is chairperson for a number of companies in digital healthcare, cleantech, AI and sustaintech. She is also a board member of major companies, both listed and privately owned. She believes that good board work is characterized by proactivity, great psychological security in the boardroom and team spirit.
Hanna Moisander.
Hanna Moisander is an entrepreneur, investor and board professional. She is CEO and founder of various executive boards, founder of Tech Innovationsbyrån Hedy Tech and Maya invest. With solid board experience both from the chairman role, listed environment and work nationally and internationally, she is passionate about unpretentiously creating the conditions for companies to succeed through good board work where the entire board's competence comes out and where its design affirms inclusive decisions.
Bertil Fredriksson.
Bertil Fredriksson has an operational background from managerial positions in both large companies and small/medium-sized companies. For the past 30 years, he has worked as a board professional with assignments in a large number of companies in various industries. Most often in owner-managed companies but also has experience from a listed environment. Most of the assignments as chairperson. Bertil is the initiator of StyrelsePoolen - a national network of people with board work as a profession. He has for many years conducted board training and is co-author of the book Den nya ordföranderollen.
Alexandra Åbrandt.
Alexandra Åbrandt is a communication scientist, leadership consultant, process leader and coach/mentor with 25 years of experience in leading big business, global events, creative development, teams and leaders. Alex has worked both in the public and private sector, the last 13 years at IKEA. For several years, Alexandra was on the board of Malmö Opera and Music Theater.
Today, Alexandra owns and runs Happy Rebel AB and deals with leadership programs digitally and F2F, organizational and team development, 1:1 mentoring of leaders and management teams. "My focus is to create learning and development through reflection and experiences.
