About Event

Investigo’s Transformation team invites you to an intimate private dinner for a select group of 12 C-suite executives and senior transformation leaders, hosted at Bardo St James's.

This is not another panel event. It is a candid, peer-to-peer Chatham House rules discussion focused on one of the most debated and often avoided questions in transformation.

Most ERP programmes do not fail because of delivery. They fail because ownership is unclear. When challenges arise, IT is held accountable. When value falls short, Finance is left asking why. The business sits somewhere in between.

So who really owns ERP transformation?

Join a small group of senior leaders to openly challenge where accountability should sit across Finance and IT, and how getting this right can unlock far greater outcomes.

Alongside this, we will explore ERP as a genuine value creation lever, not just a system replacement. We will discuss how leading organisations are using ERP and SAP S/4HANA programmes to drive margin improvement, optimise working capital and reshape operating models.

The discussion will be guided by two highly experienced transformation leaders:

Jim Gunn
Former PwC Director with over 25 years of global experience delivering large scale ERP and SAP transformations. Jim has worked with organisations including BP, Shell, Exxon, Reckitt, Unilever, Lloyd’s of London and NEC, helping align strategy, architecture and operating models.

Colin Moss
Former CFO of Mars Wrigley and transformation leader, Colin now advises CFOs and senior finance teams on operating model design, commercial capability and value creation.

If you are navigating ERP transformation today, have a clear point of view, or want to challenge your thinking alongside peers facing similar pressures, we would be delighted to host you.
