About the speakers
Peter Kang is co-founder of Barrel Holdings, a holding company that acquires and grows agency businesses, including BX Studio. He started out in 2006 by co-founding Barrel, a web design and development agency, which he ran with Sei-Wook Kim for 18 years, building a leading e-commerce agency for household brands like L'Oréal, Peloton, KIND Snacks, Gap, and Instant Pot. He is the author of The Holdco Guide, writes the monthly Agency Journey series on running a holdco, and runs AgencyHabits, a resource for agency leaders.
Bill Kenney is co-founder and CEO of Focus Lab, a B2B brand agency he started in 2009 and grew from a two-person, part-time operation into a 36+ person team. Focus Lab has rebranded companies like Braze, LaunchDarkly, and Merge, with 16 clients reaching unicorn status, $7.6B raised, and 28 acquisitions after their rebrands. Bill is also the author of Conquer Your Rebrand, a playbook for building B2B brands.
