Female Founders Evening Reset
Join us for a sunset yin yoga session on the beach, created for female founders to pause, breathe, and reset kicking off the second half of the year. We’ll begin with a connection prompt, move through a grounding seated and reclined yin flow, and close with a reflective journaling moment.
Class starts at 6:30 PM sharp. Arrive early to settle in.
🏖️ What to Bring: Beach towel, pen and paper, Water and warm layers, optional props (blankets, bolsters — can be shared)
