Psychedelics are leaving the bubble and moving into society. At a moment when companies are navigating FDA pathways, mental health providers are anticipating more treatment options nationwide, and consciousness is becoming part of a serious public conversation, the people shaping this field from the inside are gathering in the West Village to build the bridges, and find the allies, that the next chapter demands.

Innovator, artist, neuroscientist, and psychiatrist. Dr. AZA is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale University, Director of the Center for Collective Healing at Howard University, and Head of Research at Beckley Retreats. He'll share his perspective on:

Devon Phillips, Head of Partnerships, MAPS
Devon drives strategic partnerships and cultural initiatives that amplify the impact of psychedelic research and education, bridging science, music, art, and sports to create collaborations that resonate far beyond the field and support MAPS' mission. Devon will also discuss music as a bridge, and how MAPS creates partnerships to scale education at this critical moment in psychedelics history.

A former chronic pain sufferer, Court experienced remission of both depression and chronic pain as a participant in NYU's psilocybin clinical trial. He now develops psychedelic rehabilitation protocols for treatment-resistant chronic pain, and will explore how psychedelics can help not just mental but also physical health.
Mahyad Tousi, Multidisciplinary Artist and Filmmaker, CURA
Mahyad's work spans contemporary art, immersive media, and Hollywood, with pieces in the permanent collections of Tate Modern and beyond. He'll share CURA, a large-scale work of immersive ritual art co-created with two Indigenous Amazonian communities, the Cofán of Putumayo, Colombia, and the Nomanawa clan of the Noke Koi, Brazil, asking: what does it mean to seek healing from a place we are destroying?
