Mysha and MAM Baby invite you to a Pregnant & New Mom Connect - an intimate, intentional evening at Materna designed to support you with real conversation, expert insight, and connection with pregnant and new moms.
What to expect:
✨A facilitated, connection-forward experience designed to connect you with other moms who are currently in the same stage of motherhood.
✨ A nervous system reset segment led by Maddie Ellwood, LMT– Founder of Manual Movement Therapy, offering simple and effective techniques to help regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create moments of calm throughout your day.

✨Space to share, listen, and connect with moms who truly get this stage of life

Whether you’re preparing for birth or finding your footing postpartum, this evening is designed to meet you where you are and help you feel more resourced in your body and your relationships.
We recommend all pregnant moms and new Mysha members join this experience. Babies welcome.
We've opened this experience up to non-Mysha members, you're welcome and encouraged to invite your pregnant mom friends.

Our gatherings are intentionally small to protect the experience. If you cancel within 72 hours or don’t attend, a no-show fee equal to the ticket price will apply so we can honor the space for everyone.
