Q: What should I know before applying?
A: Your application is a commitment - only apply if you're confident you will attend. Cancellations and no-shows affect your eligibility for future Arena events and take a spot from someone else in the community. Admission is by approval only, tickets are limited, and invitations are non-transferable (no +1s).
Q: What happens after I apply?
A: Arena hand-reviews every application to curate an intentional, aligned guest list. If approved, you'll get a confirmation email with the details.
Q: If I’m not approved for the event, will I be charged?
A: No, only approved attendees will be charged. If your application is not accepted, you will not be billed. If you have any other questions, send an email to support@arenatalent.com.
Q: What do I need to do at the event?
A: Just check in, fill out your match form after checking in and keep your phone handy. We'll handle the rest, including figuring out who to talk to + what to say and how to easily stay in touch afterwards.

Studio 260 is a spacious SoHo-style loft studio in the heart of Manhattan, featuring 14-ft ceilings, grand double doors, and oversized windows. It's the perfect space for networking events, exhibitions, showrooms, launch events, pop-ups, fashion shows, corporate gatherings, or private events.
