​MicroCosmic Cacao & Sound Journey

​Join us in embarking on an introspective quest, guided in conscious connection to ancestral cosmology, supported by the elements of cacao and sound. Our experience unfolds as a journey inwards supporting us to ground, expand, and integrate the current waves of collective energies.

​Receiving this experience in observation of and alignment with the Mayan lunar calendar, or Cholq’ij, we will be able to perceive through this living calendar a representation of our multi-faceted human nature. Present under the Nawal 9 K’at, this energy speaks to the evolution of our ancestral inheritance through the transmutation of our wounds and embodiment of our gifts. As we open to the wisdom of this calendar, we may attune to this cosmic earth based intelligence. Receiving the plant medicine of cacao, in gratitude and recognition of the Spirit and significance of this ‘plant-cestor’, we will set the intentions for our journey and begin to enter a reflective state of observance.

​Weaving breathwork, somatic practices, and guided meditation we will drop into a deeply restful state, entering into communion with the energy of our inner world as we embark on a shamanic journey connecting with the wisdom of the ancestral realms.

​*Cacao is a medicine held sacred by the Maya whose connection to this plant spans over 5,000 years, during which time, they have cultivated a profound relationship with the energy and spirit of Cacao, receiving her as an offering brought forth from another dimension. As a student of this path, I serve this medicine in full recognition of and reverence to my teachers, Mayan Cosmology, Community, and Culture. A portion of our proceeds will go directly towards the Mayan Community of San Pedro, Solala, La Laguna.

​Elisabeth A. Rose has been serving Cacao for 7 years and is a dedicated student studying and practicing alongside a Mayan community of the Tz’utujil and K’iche’ lineages of Guatemala, it is with permission, humility, honor, and reverence that she shares what she has learned in her time walking alongside them as a student.

​She has a background in archetypal psychology, somatic trauma informed integration, and eco-therapy. She is a practitioner of ancestral spirituality in relationship with the sacred elemental forces of Cosmic Earth consciousness.
