​Free, in-person FAFSA help for Wisconsin students and families.

​Come with your questions and leave with the 2027-28 FAFSA started or finished. Trained volunteers sit down with you one-on-one, walk through each section, and answer whatever you are stuck on. No appointment, no cost.

​Bring with you

• ​Your FSA ID, and a parent's if you are a dependent student. Create it ahead of time at studentaid.gov, it can take a few days to verify.

• ​Social Security number

• ​2025 federal tax return or W-2s, for you and your parents

• ​Records of untaxed income, savings and investments

• ​Alien registration number, if you are not a U.S. citizen

​Do not have everything? Come anyway. Volunteers will get you as far as they can.
