A Private BYOB Wine Dinner
Join us for a discreet, members-style wine dinner at Ayantar, one of Madrid's most refined Spanish kitchens. This is a closed table for just 18 guests. No plus-ones. No walk-ins. Just a small group of curious minds who care about wine and come prepared to share something worth opening.
On May 21st, we are taking over a single imperial table at Ayantar for an evening built around discovery and conversation. This is not a networking event, nor is it a formal tasting class. It is a curated table you are invited to join.
The format is strictly BYOB with a purpose: each guest will bring one exceptional bottle (or a magnum between two). We are not looking for an everyday drinking wine, but rather something with a story, a reason, or a distinct moment behind it. To maintain the highest level at the table, we are setting a strict minimum value of 60 euros per person for the bottle. The intent is simple: fewer bottles, better wines. During the evening, you will briefly and informally introduce your wine to the group, creating a shared experience where every cork pulled has meaning.
The Ultimate Why
There is a unique kind of connection that happens over a shared, exceptional bottle of wine. By keeping the group to an intimate 18 guests and enforcing a high standard for the bottles brought to the table, we are ensuring an unforgettable culinary and social experience tailored specifically for members who appreciate the art of a great vintage and a great story.
What to Expect
• The BYOB Format: You are required to bring one exceptional bottle (minimum 60 euro value) or a magnum between two people.
• Wine Storytelling: Be prepared to briefly introduce your wine to the table. Share the story, the region, or the personal significance behind why you chose to open it with us.
• Curated Tasting Menu: Ayantar has curated a specialized tasting menu designed specifically to complement an evening of heavy-hitting wines.
• Intimate Imperial Table: One single, long table for 18 members. Once these seats are confirmed, the list closes.
Venue Ayantar:
Tucked away in Madrid, Ayantar is the epitome of refined Spanish gastronomy. We chose this space specifically for its intimate elegance and the stunning single imperial table that anchors the room—the perfect setting for 18 guests to pour, share, and connect without distraction.
