Ecosystem Restoration

​Join us for an engaging discussion on how companies are advancing ecosystem restoration and helping drive global and local restoration goals. This session will highlight ways corporations are supporting ecosystem restoration and share lessons learned to encourage others to engage. The session would present a range of ways companies are supporting global and local restoration agendas - ranging from science & tech to enabling conditions (e.g. nursery establishment and seed supply) to implementation. We will showcase results of deforestation and value chain analyses from Conservation International’s work in Para, Brazil as a model for building a business case for corporate investment in restoration. Finally, we will highlight corporate support for ecosystem restoration initiatives in Huila, Colombia and other landscapes.

​We will start with presentations, followed by a panel discussion, and have time for networking at the end.
