​ECLIPSE SEASON BEGINS ~ this is a time to stir the pot, to shake up the energy in your life, to connect deeply with your shadow and share the intricacies of it.

​As we dive deep into our Fire Horse year, we are invited to become the most authentic form of us (you). This Circle is an opportunity to take up space in a way that is true, to you, in your deepest form.

​Leo is a LION. With fierce, big cat energy, and a loud ROAR to fend off enemies and to attract and protect their pack.

​Let us move with confidence, into a New Moon of unleashing energy, of becoming, of entering every moment as a portal to change.

​This Circle is a blend of mindfulness and deep connection, with the Circle that fatefully gathers. We start with deep breaths, mindful movement, and check-ins, to look inward, feel safe, and enter the feeling body.

​After tea and snacks, journals come out for contemplative practice, with a workshop aligned with the cosmic energy. Then, we share. We share in duos, with the whole group, with open hearts and listening ears. We often offer insights from experience, spiritual wisdom from intuition, and downloads from our Spirit teams.
