Join us for a restorative, cozy, & nature-filled weekend in the beautiful Rocky Mountains ⛰ 🔥🥾🌲.
Think wellness retreat meets summer camp vibes – there will be a mix of peaceful downtime, mindful movement, nutritious meals, community bonding & storytelling, and adventure out in the mountains.
You can bet that Ariel will bring out some cheesy prompts, spark an impromptu dance party, and ensure that connection and play are the cornerstones of this immersive weekend experience. Prepare to laugh (and maybe cry), deepen your relationships with Tribe friends, and feel energetically restored through your connection to nature.

Luxury Lakefront Log Cabin in the Rocky Mountains
Nestled among pines and aspens, this home features a private dock, white-capped mountain views, two private beaches, a large outdoor deck with a fire pit and a hot tub making this our own private rustic mountain resort! Moose sightings are also quite frequent here 🐂
This exquisite custom log home was created to reflect the authentic log home heritage with 18” full logs, heated wood floors, and many intentionally designed cozy nooks and spaces to relax and absorb the lake and mountain views.
Now About the Retreat Experience!
This weekend will be a "choose your own adventure" experience, with plenty of activities offered and nothing required to attend.
Some of the activities you can expect to see offered over the course of this weekend are:
Morning meditation
Yoga
Group meals
Hiking (pending weather conditions)
Board & card games
Storytelling & s'mores around fire
Personal growth workshop
Opening & closing circles
Dance party
Arts & crafts
There will also be intentional blocks of unstructured time for journaling, hanging out in the hot tub, or getting cozy by the fire.
Things to keep in mind:
The registration payment is all-inclusive of overnight accommodations, meals, and facilitated activities throughout the duration of the weekend!
We will have light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available at the retreat
If you'd like you are welcome to bring additional snacks and/or beverages of choice (alcoholic or not)
A loose itinerary and packing list will be released closer to the retreat date, as well as a survey gathering dietary preferences 😊
You are encouraged to bring a journal, game, and/or any crafts that you love
Members in shared rooms will get to choose who they'd like to share a room with and those rooms will be assigned before the retreat date
Members will be connected for carpools to and from the retreat based on neighborhoods and available departure times
Cancellations are not refundable
