Design your future. Run your life like a business.
What would change if you ran the next five years of your life the way a founder runs a company, with a clear goal, a plan that has numbers in it, and someone to answer to? For Max Wellenhofer, that someone is your future self, and the habits that keep a start-up honest work just as well on a career.
Investing in yourself has a return you can actually measure
What does the time and money you put into your own skills give back? Why, according to labour-market data, do people who change jobs grow their income about twice as fast as those who stay where they are? And what does the research say about the goals that stick?
You leave with a five-year plan and the habits to keep it
This is an interactive evening. You treat your life like a project: get clear on where you want to be in five years, sketch the plan that gets you there, and pick up a handful of dead-simple habits that keep you accountable to it. What works for a business works for your career, or for the start-up idea you have been carrying around.
After the talk, Max will be available for Q&A. Come for a talk. Leave inspired for your next chapter.
For founders, professionals and anyone planning a big next chapter.
