About Event

​Join The David Network for a fireside chat with Scott Kupor and Joe Lonsdale to discuss “Impact in the Federal Government,” exploring how talented operators and builders can drive meaningful change through public service.

​Scott Kupor is the Director of the Office of Personnel Management. Prior to his public service, Scott was a Managing Partner at Andreessen Horowitz and earned both his B.A. and J.D. from Stanford University.

​Joe Lonsdale is an entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. He’s been a part of founding more than a dozen mission-driven companies, including Palantir, Addepar, OpenGov, Affinity, Epirus, Resilience Bio, and 8VC.

​The conversation will focus on leadership in the public and private sectors and how technology and finance can inform changes in government.
