​On 18 September 2026, we will host our annual flagship event in Frankfurt am Main - our most significant gathering of the year. The event will bring together foreign-trained lawyers, German legal professionals, academics, policymakers, and diversity advocates for a evening of inspiration, learnings, networking, exchange, and actionable dialogue.

​1.⁠ ⁠A central feature of the programme is a Keynote panel discussion on the theme:

​"Using Policy to Shape a More Diverse and Inclusive Legal Sector in Germany: The Journey to the Recognition of Cross-border Legal Qualifications."

​This panel will examine the legislative, institutional, and structural levers available to drive meaningful change — and what bold, forward-thinking policy can achieve in opening Germany's legal profession to greater diversity and inclusion as well as any insights for a change, and recognition pathway for international legal qualifications.
