This time last year, I launched Flippin’ Birds with one simple goal: to make Chicken & Waffles a thing in Barcelona.
Over the past 12 months, it’s grown into something much bigger than that. A community, a vibe, and a lot of unforgettable moments. I wanted to capture a piece of that journey.
