Pay Transparency Summer School: Pay Gap Analytics 101
The EU Pay Transparency Directive introduces pay gap reporting by job category. Any category with a gap of 5% or more will need an objective justification, or remediation and your company's management has to confirm the report is accurate before publication.
It's a lot of new terminology and calculations for most HR teams to take on - especially if you don’t have a dedicated Rewards exec on your team.
In this second session of the Pay Transparency Summer School, Michelle Dervan, founder of SkillsTrust, breaks it all down into plain, practical steps: what data you need, what you need to calculate, how to interpret your pay gap by job category, and how to tell whether a gap is one you can stand over or one you need to address.
If you're not sure where to start with this kind of reporting, this session will give you a clear, straightforward way in.
