"Pay what you can" community class - Spring self-care
Spring is finally here:) And it creates perfect space to take care of yourself and welcome lightness and more spaciousness in your body and mind.
I created series of community classes "Pay what you can". Show up, enjoy and in the end decide how much you Swish:)
It is so important to create space only for you, to reset and recharge. Yoga gives various beautiful tools to bring us to the present moment, listening to your body and mind which leads to taking care of yourself.
The class is designed for all students, also beginners. We will practice soft flow, engaging gently the whole body. You get the chance to energize your body yet feeling calmer and relaxed.
The class is open to everyone.
Please bring your yoga mat.
We start on Monday, 13/4
then continue 20/4, 27/4, 18/5, 25/5, 1/6, 8/6
drop in, no commitment!:) (But please sign up in advance, so I know approx. how many people will join;)
