🧘 About the Event
Aligned in Abundance is a summer meditation experience to help you reconnect with your most radiant, magnetic self.
This one-hour group meditation is a guided inward journey to reset your energy, release scarcity thinking, and realign with abundance, clarity, and inner calm.
Led by Christina Wickens, founder of Go Meditate, this session blends mindfulness, breathwork, and sacred mantra — inviting you to move into the next season with intention, spaciousness, and a grounded sense of self.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are.
✨ What to Expect
Guided meditation to restore clarity and balance
Breathwork and mindfulness techniques
Sanskrit mantra practice to cultivate confidence and radiance
Space for rest, reflection, and reconnection
🧘 What to Bring
A yoga mat or cushion (some yoga mats will be provided)
A cozy blanket or sweater
Journal and pen
Your open heart

Suggested contribution: $5
No one will be turned away due to cost. Tickets are available for free or pay-what-you-can to ensure accessibility.
100% of proceeds support local homeless shelters in Edmonton.

Christina Wickens is a certified meditation teacher and founder of Go Meditate, a space dedicated to helping people return to themselves through sustainable meditation practices, mindset transformation, and inner peace. With 20+ years in healthcare and deep training in ancient and modern practices, Christina offers heart-centered guidance to support authentic, empowered living.
