Here's the honest backstory: this session is a happy improvisation. When our original June Creator’s plans shifted, I had a choice to make: skip this month’s session entirely, or quickly create something with the (R)Gen’s Core Team. The second one landed, and sparked a collaboration with Deb!
We had ideas and our minds are loud! Between the two of us, we've got plenty of overthinking, mental clutter, and "I'll get to that" piling up — so we decided to build the thing we actually needed.
And because of my creative background and a stubborn wish to do something visual rather than another journaling prompt, we're turning mental noise into something you can see and move with your hands! A dreamcatcher that holds the heavy stuff in its web and lets the good dreams slide down to you.
With Clotilde helping us design the board, we've made something light and a little beautiful — but don't let the softness fool you, it works. Two real people, two loud minds, one calm ritual to share with you.

Silvia Coco is a Brand & Business strategist with the soul of an artist and the brain of a planner — a genuine left-and-right thinker who lives happily in the overlap. Her path winds through illustration, marketing, branding, creative direction, and project management, with clients across industries, continents, and languages.
Today, as La Creativa 🌈 she helps expertise-led founders turn messy, brilliant potential into something clear, alive, and moving forward. She calls herself a co-pilot rather than a consultant — less clipboard, more sitting-right-beside-you as you launch, scale, and figure it out together.
She's also part of the R Generation Core Team as Head of Community, the person quietly behind the scenes, turning members' "what if we…" into "look what we made" through mentorship and events that give a stage to their ideas.
Deb Haas is a former HR exec turned creative catalyst for the future of work. After a 24-year career at Accenture, she didn't pivot — she detonated the old script. Now she's the founder of The Unexamined Mind, helping teams and individuals rediscover play, possibility, and purpose in the age of AI.
A pattern disruptor with a purple crown (literally) and a deep love of sticky notes, Deb works at the intersection of design thinking, neurodivergence, and emotional intelligence — with a sprinkle of sass and a solid belief that workplaces don't have to feel like survival games.
