Everyday Leadership: Finding Your Voice, Ready or Not @ Margaret Watts Romney
At some point in our lives, we need to guide others with our words. Perhaps our community needs a voice, our work needs a change, or our family needs support.
When we speak, we have an opportunity—even a responsibility—to shape how our words influence the people around us. Occasionally, we hold the official title of a leader, but more often, we do not. When we speak, we are leading, ready or not.
In these moments, what is important to you, and are you clear about what you are moving toward? How do you capture attention, and what does it take to find the presence, confidence, and even the power you need?
In this workshop, we will discuss the traits, skills, and challenges of Everyday leaders.
