Surrounded by mountain air, refined design, and the calm of Crans-Montana, the retreat offers a space where women can feel supported by other women. A place to slow down, reconnect with the body, restore the nervous system, and build meaningful relationships in an intimate and exclusive setting.
In collaboration with LABO Spa by Swissline, Dr. med. Stella Ditsch from Seven Springs, sound-healing practitioner, and selected wellbeing experts, this retreat brings together science, restoration, movement, nourishment, beauty, and meaningful human connection. Dr. Stella Ditsch will guide guests in gaining a deeper understanding of their hormones and body through an evidence-based and holistic approach. Guests will also enjoy exclusive skincare experiences curated by LABO Spa by Swissline, uniting the latest in skin longevity, wellbeing, and self-care.
Expect nervous-system regulation workshops, daily movement, sound healing, spa time, healthy food, a physician-led workshop on female hormones and longevity, and an intimate round-table dinner created to encourage honest conversations and meaningful exchange.
