​每個月第二週的星期二，我們在台北/新北不同地點的戰術（運動）活動。

​距離：大安森林公園兩圈，不舒服建議可自行脫隊。

​速度：一般 rucking（約時速6~6.5公里）。背負的重量請隨意。

​費用：自由參加（免費）。

​集合時間：2026年4月14日 19:30-21:00。

​集合地點：捷運大安森林站5號出口置物櫃區旁（地下層）。

​⭐ 本次適合誰？

• ​防災士

• ​有路跑經驗，剛進入負重步行領域者

• ​無路跑經驗，但想要實地觀摩

• ​宗教活動/進香團愛好者

​若大雨則改室內進行其他科目或靜態交流。若晚到請自行追上。本次主揪將配戴 ATAK，有權限者可遠端即時在戰術感知套件上追蹤。我們這次會帶「握力器」讓大家免費測試。

​⭐ Tactical Tuesday ⭐

​Every second Tuesday of the month we hold a tactical (fitness) activity at various locations in Taipei/New Taipei.

​This session’s theme: Hand‑carried load carriage. In many situations we need to move while carrying weight. The loads vary, and after walking for a while the team must cooperate. This simulates the emergency‑response and movement scenarios we inevitably encounter.

• ​Distance: One or two laps around Da’an Forest Park, adjusted as needed.

• ​Pace: Basic rucking speed (about 6-6.5 km/h).

• ​Weight: Any load you wish.

• ​Cost: Free, open to anyone who wants to join.

​Meeting time: 19:30 – 21:00 on 14  April,  2026.
Meeting point: Next to the locker area at Exit 5, Daan Forest MRT Station (underground level).

​Who is this for?

• ​Disaster‑relief volunteers.

• ​Runners with experience who are new to rucking.

• ​Non‑runners who want to observe in person.

​If it rains heavily, we’ll move indoors for other activities or a static discussion. If you arrive late, please catch up on your own. The event leader will wear an ATAK device; those with permission can track the group in real time via the tactical‑awareness suite.
