Ross Collaborative Learning

Ross Collaborative/Loft 419 classes, workshops, and services require advance planning, reserved space, prepared materials, and limited participant capacity. Because of this, the following refund and credit policy applies to all paid registrations unless otherwise stated in writing.

Participants may request a full refund up to 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, but before the day of the class or workshop, are not eligible for a refund. However, the registration fee may be applied as a credit toward a future Ross Collaborative/Loft 419 class or workshop of equal value.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the class or workshop, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for absence, including scheduling conflicts, illness, transportation issues, or changes in availability.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant before the class begins. Substitutions must be submitted in writing and approved by Ross Collaborative/Loft 419.

If Ross Collaborative/Loft 419 cancels or reschedules a class, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the new date, apply the fee as a credit toward a future class, or receive a full refund.

An 8-week career readiness series helping students build the real-world skills they need for internships, first jobs, and professional life — including communication, interviewing, networking, self-advocacy, workplace tools, and creative career storytelling.

$25 from each student ticket will go directly to River Gallery Studio's 100 Works of Public Art project.
