Why we do it
The Hungry Club exists to connect founders, operators, and investors who share the same hunger: to grow, to learn, to build things that matter. Endeavor backs the entrepreneurs doing exactly that. Put those two rooms together and you get something neither can build alone.
Why now
We keep hearing the same thing from founders scaling out of Portugal: the ceiling isn't ambition, it's people.
Specifically, the senior and middle management layer that lets a company grow past its founding team. Portugal has no shortage of builders; it has a shortage of the operators who've done "scale" before, at a global level, and can bring that experience into a local team.
This edition puts the two in the same room. Endeavor invites a cohort of its portfolio founders and entrepreneurs.
We bring a curated group of senior leaders and executives based in Portugal who've scaled companies internationally, the kind of people these founders will eventually need to hire, or already need advising them.
