Each year, Imagine That brings together meeting planners, CVB representatives, building operators, tradeshow contractors, government officials, and future thinkers to explore the evolving landscape of the convention, hospitality, technology, and meetings industry. This gathering fosters an invaluable exchange of ideas that continues to shape the experiences we design, the work we deliver, and the future of our industry.
This year’s event will be held October 8–10, 2025 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at the newly expanded, Populous-designed BMO Centre. As a valued guest, Populous will coordinate all event details—including airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, and meals—so you can focus on what matters most: bringing your knowledge, curiosity, and engagement to the conversation.
