​September carries an energy of integration, recalibration and deep inner adjustment. As we digest the changes and revelations of Eclipse season, we’re invited to bring what we’ve learned into the way we live, relate and move through the world.

​Under the light of the Harvest Moon in Aries, just days after the Sun enters Libra, we arrive at a powerful threshold between self and other.

​This Full Moon can bring complex emotions to the surface and asks us to look honestly at the relational patterns we’re ready to outgrow: fear, codependency, people-pleasing, over-accommodation, and the ways we may have abandoned ourselves in order to maintain connection.

​The Harvest Moon asks us to gather what has grown, recognize what has come to fruition, and release what is no longer meant to be carried into the next season.
