​It’s been the inaugural year of Land Talks – and we’re rounding it off with something a little different: a Land Talks Christmas Quiz. It’s an evening where Christmas cheer collides joyfully with geography oddities, property-show lore and general land-adjacent silliness.

​Expect friendly competition, questionable judgement and prizes that range from genuinely delightful to delightfully daft.

​✨ What’s in Store

• ​🧠 Rounds across news, history, fictional places, geography, music and more – all given a Land Talks twist

• ​🎨 Creative redevelopment challenge (with a celebrity judge…)

• ​🏆 Prizes, including, humm, a starter home for each member of the winning team

​📍 How the Evening Will Run

• ​Arrive from 6.00 p.m.

• ​Quiz begins at 6.30 p.m., led by your festive land quizmasters Alys and Mark

• ​Break around 7.20 p.m.

• ​Champions crowned around 8.30 p.m.

• ​Stay as long as you like afterwards for post-quiz delight, debate and disbelief

​👥 Teams & Titles

• ​No need to organise anything beforehand – teams are formed on arrival

• ​But if you're coming with a friend you can stick together… or dramatically declare yourselves rivals

• ​Best team name wins points
