About Event
Join me for a FREE 30 minute, beginner-friendly mat pilates class on September 12 at 9am! Expect a fun, feel-good morning designed to get you moving, stretching, and smiling without leaving the little ones behind.
All levels welcome, kiddos of any age can tag along.
Bring your mat, water, and anything your littles need. The class will be hosted at a park with a small playground for them to play on. Address provided upon registration.
