Rebecca recently advanced Reaktor’s process by moving interviews off Notion and onto their website, marking a shift to more efficient, candidate-facing operations.
With a rich background across roles in operations and staffing—including leadership at logistics and innovation consultancy environments, Rebecca merges program management with data-driven process improvements to make RecOps operational and strategic.
Ilya Mikhalev (Swarmia)
llya is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader currently at Swarmia (previously at Mapbox) with deep expertise in architecting operational excellence in recruiting within tech organizations. He spearheaded global Talent Operations, Sourcing, and Recruiting teams, driving strategic initiatives that optimize quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire. Passionate about metrics-driven talent strategies, Ilya leverages data insights to continuously refine hiring processes and elevate overall recruiting effectiveness
