​Do I need to download anything? No. Everything runs in your browser. We recommend Google Chrome with your camera and microphone enabled.

​Is this just another Zoom call? No. Gatherly is an immersive digital venue — you move between spaces, visit booths, and have organic conversations. It's built to feel like an in-person event.

​Is everyone really vetted? Yes. Both companies and candidates are reviewed for values-alignment before the event, and both complete pre-event training.

​I'm an employer — what do I get? A branded booth at the Expo to showcase your open roles, plus full access to meet curated, mission-aligned candidates directly during the live Job Fair.

​What's the time commitment? A focused 150 minutes — 2:00 to 4:30 PM ET — designed to be high-signal, not all-day.
