This one hour session will be an opportunity for experiencing directly a couple of the compassion based meditation practices featured in the 8 week MBCL course. In addition, some of the key themes will be introduced which include learning why offering both ourselves and others compassion can be more complicated than we might realise. You can attend this session as a stand-alone mini-workshop without any obligation to sign up for the full course which starts on August 18th.
