Cycling in Amsterdam · Women+ Wed Ride

Hi there!

Welcome to our Wednesday rides from Maats Amsterdam, a space for women & non-binary riders to connect, push limits, and have fun on the bike.

Ride details:

• Roll at 6:30 PM sharp, welcome from 6:15pm

• Route: ~50Km. Route will be shared on the morning of the ride.

• Pace: 28-30km/h. Rolling speed outside the city is higher than average speeds. At narrow roads and in the city we slow down.

• Experience in group riding is required. If it's your first time joining us, please arrive 10 minutes early for a quick safety briefing.

What to bring:

• Mandatory: cleats, road pedals, and helmet

• Spare tire, mini tool, and pump

• Snacks & water bidons

• Well maintained bike, TT handlebars are not allowed

We’re an advanced group that rotates at the front, enjoys sprints, and pushes each other to get stronger while keeping it safe & social.

We are an LGBTQ+ and POC-friendly community, welcoming all women & non-binary riders. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination.

See you on the road! 🚴‍♀️💨
