🌟 The NYMM Difference
NYMM was founded in 2024 in Manhattan by four players who wanted to share the highlight of their week ~ mahj night ~ with their friends.
We believe the best way to learn is in a small group with low player-to-instructor ratio. This offers slow, hands-on instruction so you can learn and master the strategy, while making meaningful connections and lasting friendships.
We’re committed to upping your game. This is a biweekly series, and we can’t wait to watch our beginners become confident players and our regulars keep leveling up.
As Mahjong continues its mainstream explosion, NYMM is also committed to celebrating the history, heritage, and traditions that have been passed down through generations and make this game so special.
🎟️ Your ticket determines which table you’ll be seated at, so please read each ticket description carefully before purchasing.
This is a recurring series because, like yoga or meditation, mahj is a practice 🧘♀️you can keep coming back for Guided Play until you feel ready for Open Play. All game components included.
