About Event

An interactive and playful 90-minute session, focused on Team Coaching Competencies no. 1, 6, 7 and 8.

Learning objectives During this session, participants will:

Reflect on their practice on how they navigate different modalities in team development, especially team facilitation and team coaching (Demonstrates Ethical Practice)
Experience the richness of real-time observation during a simulation and reflect on how it can boost team self-awareness (Listens Actively + Evokes Awareness)
See how experiential learning and team coaching go together and accelerate team development (Facilitates Client Growth)
