究竟新加坡、德國和英國是如何做保育的？經過兩輪關於彩虹邨過去與未來的深度討論，我們深感香港的都市更新正受限於本地的體制與環境約束。與其在固有的框架中徘徊，我們是否可以跳出香港，借鑑全球其他城市的寶貴經驗，為本地的高密度發展尋找新的突破點？

​本次展覽壓軸的分享會將由香港放眼世界，深入探討新加坡、德國及英國在文化遺產保育與都市更新方面的實踐。我們將看看這些國家如何在高效率發展的進程中，依然能夠妥善保留建築的歷史厚度，並維繫社區的核心價值。

​我們非常榮幸邀請到四位跨領域嘉賓：Russell Tang 將從商業與銷售角度，對比香港與新加坡的歷史建築市場；Ian Tan 作為建築、學術與保育專家，將分享他對新加坡保育環境的深刻見解；Cherry Cheung 則以柏林執業建築師的身份，分享她在德國進行建築更新/活化項目的實務經驗；最後，Geraldine Dening 將分享她過去在倫敦成功保護多個公營屋邨免於拆卸的寶貴經歷。

​誠邀各位參與這場跨國對話，共同重新定義建築的生命力，為彩虹邨與香港的城市未來繪製更寬廣的發展藍圖。

​How do Singapore, Germany, and the UK approach heritage conservation? After two rounds of discussion regarding the past and future of Choi Hung Estate, it is evident that urban renewal in Hong Kong is often constrained by local systemic and environmental limitations. To find new breakthroughs for high-density development, we must look beyond our city and learn from global experiences.

​This final sharing session will zoom out to explore international practices, examining how these nations maintain historical depth and community values amidst rapid development. We are privileged to host four interdisciplinary experts: Russell Tang will compare heritage property market in Hong Kong and Singapore; Ian Tan will share insights on the Singaporean conservation climate; Cherry Cheung will present her practice experiences and current trends on regeneration and adaptive reuse in Berlin; and Geraldine Dening will recount her success in safeguarding London public estates from demolition.

​Join this transnational dialogue to redefine architectural vitality and create a broader blueprint for the future of Choi Hung Estate and Hong Kong.
