Now in its fourth year, Impact Flock is back - and this year we've got 40+ speakers across eleven breakout sessions.
Co-hosted by ImpactVC and Impact Europe, with support from Sustainable Ventures and Mozilla, this is the annual gathering for VCs and LPs with an interest in impact: a day of open, peer-to-peer exchange built around the people and questions that matter most to the ecosystem right now.
This year's theme: how VCs can strengthen collaboration to drive systems change.
What to expect
100–120 attendees (LPs, GPs, and impact leads), a programme designed around honest dialogue in small groups rather than stage-managed panels, and genuinely interactive sessions with space to go deep on what's working and what isn't. Attendance is limited to senior leaders and impact leads from VC funds and LPs — a carefully curated group, and a carefully curated agenda.

We'll be unpicking this topic in conversation with:
Henry Dimbleby — co-founder of Bramble Partners and of Leon, the Sustainable Restaurant Association, Chefs in Schools and London Union. Author of two independent reviews for government: the National Food Strategy and the School Food Plan.
Clara Barby — Senior Partner at Just Climate. Previously CEO of the Impact Management Project and project lead for the establishment of the International Sustainability Standards Board, and Partner at Bridges Fund Management. Before Bridges, Clara worked at Acumen on the Capital Markets team, and co-leading the clean energy portfolio.
