60 Min Vipassana [Advanced]
This session introduces Vipassana meditation as taught in the S. N. Goenka tradition, one of the most widely practiced and preserved approaches to insight meditation today, also shared through institutions like Art of Living.
What is Vipassana?
Vipassana means to see things as they are.
It is a practical, non-religious technique of observing bodily sensations with clarity and equanimity. By training attention and awareness, the practice reveals how reactivity is formed and how it dissolves.
No beliefs. No rituals.
Just direct observation of experience.
What to expect
Seated Semi-guided meditation
Focus on breath and bodily sensations
Silence during practice
A grounded, pragmatic approach suitable for beginners and experienced meditators
This session is offered as a tool for clarity, self-regulation, and insight, not as a spiritual or religious doctrine.
Note:
- Bring a light jacket or blanket in case you are temperature sensitive. Room is usually around 18C
