ElevateHer: Spring Reset is an exclusive, restorative event designed to bring women of all backgrounds together to share learnings, celebrate our differences, and step into the new season with fresh career strategies.

The Radical Reset: A stunning waterfront atmosphere designed to help you shake off burnout. We are redefining "rest" as a non-negotiable tool for sustainable leadership.
Cultural Capital: A dynamic panel discussion exploring how our unique lived experiences—especially for women of color—are massive assets in the workforce. We will discuss how to translate your background into a competitive advantage.
Allyship & Collective Growth: Honest, empowering conversations about how we can leverage our respective privileges as assets to support each other through systemic barriers.
Guided Connection: High-value networking with 30-50 local leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs over light spring refreshments.
