A transformative evening of cleansing, release, renewal, and deep reconnection — combining fire ceremony, body-based practices, traditional banya rituals, cold plunge, pool time, and sound healing.
✨ PROGRAM
5:45–6:00 PM — Arrival & Welcome
Guests arrive, settle in, and prepare for the evening.
6:00–6:30 PM — Intention Setting & Fire Cleansing Ceremony
With Anna
We open the retreat by setting personal intentions and participating in a fire cleansing ceremony designed to release what no longer serves us and create space for renewal, transformation, and new beginnings.
6:30–7:15 PM — Sadhu Board Therapy & Pravilo Full-Body Stretching
With Maksim & Anna
A powerful body-based experience combining Sadhu Board Therapy and Pravilo Full-Body Stretching to support physical release, grounding, and energetic renewal.
Participants will rotate between the different experiences. While some guests are guided through Sadhu Board Therapy, others will receive Pravilo full-body stretching, while additional participants may continue with the fire cleansing experience.
7:15–8:15 PM — Banya & Cold Plunge Ritual
With Maksim
Experience the traditional banya ritual followed by cold plunge immersion as a powerful contrast-therapy experience.
🌊 Pool access is included, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the water between treatments.
During this portion of the retreat, participants will also enjoy tea and fresh fruit provided for the group.
8:15–8:30 PM — Change & Transition
Guests change into dry, comfortable clothing and prepare for the final portion of the evening.
8:30–9:00 PM — Deep Sound Healing Journey
With Anna
A deeply relaxing sound healing journey designed to integrate the evening’s experiences and guide participants into a state of deep relaxation, stillness, and harmony.
9:00–9:30 PM — Connection & Farewell
We close the evening with a connection circle, reflection, and an opportunity to share experiences before saying farewell.

ANNA MIRIMANOVA- FOUNDER OF NOVA SACRED RETREATS
Anna Mirimanova is an entrepreneur, event producer, event host, behavior therapist, and energy practitioner based in Los Angeles, California.
For more than a decade, Anna has studied with leading meditation teachers, breathwork facilitators, trauma specialists, and energy practitioners in both the United States and Russia. Rooted in Vipassana meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and energy work, she integrates spiritual practices with her background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Spiritual Psychology, and a variety of holistic healing modalities.
As the founder of Nova Sacred Retreats, Anna creates transformational retreats and immersive wellness experiences across the United States. Her signature workshops combine channeled guided meditations, energy work, breathwork, and sound healing to help participants reconnect with themselves, release emotional blockages, and cultivate greater inner peace and clarity.
In addition to leading retreats, Anna offers private in-person and virtual sessions focused on trauma healing, subconscious pattern release, emotional regulation, nervous system restoration, and personal transformation. Her compassionate and intuitive approach supports individuals in reconnecting with their authentic selves, expanding their awareness, and stepping into their highest potential.
Through intentional experiences and heart-centered community, Anna is dedicated to empowering others to heal, grow, and create more aligned and fulfilling lives.

Spirituality entered Maksim’s life the moment he made a deep inner decision:
to no longer accept pain, suffering, and disappointment as something he had to live with.
He felt it with every part of his being —
This is not the life he chose.
So he left for India.
There, he received sannyasa and spiritual initiation.
And in that sacred space, a powerful intention was born —an intention that continues to guide his entire path:
“I want to find myself through love.” 🤍
That intention became the key. The path. The force.
It led him beyond tradition —into the ancestral fields, the Vedic wisdom, the unseen worlds.
For over 20 years, he has been walking the path
of communion with the Holy Spirit, opening to Light, discovering Love as the multidimensional radiance of God —and expressing it through the body, the voice, the breath, the act.

ANDREY - MASSAGE THERAPIST
Meet Andrey — Massage Therapist
Andrey is a skilled massage therapist trained at the Far Eastern Academy of Massage, with a diverse background in therapeutic and wellness massage techniques.
His expertise includes classical, relaxation, sports, segmental-reflex, lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite, honey, Gua Sha, and cupping massage.
Andrey has also completed additional training with renowned practitioner Oleg Khazov in Yumeiho Therapy, focusing on the pelvis and spine, as well as abdominal massage and work with the internal organs.
His practice also incorporates fascial tissue work, helping release chronic muscular and fascial tension and restore a greater sense of balance and ease in the body.
✨ At the Nova Sacred Retreat on October 11, Andrey will be offering massage services to our attendees as an additional treatment.
