Most professional environments ask us to wear a mask of constant performance, with little room left for the woman behind the title. In this special edition, we're opening the Black Box to talk about the things the business world usually ignores.
First, we look inward. We'll talk about the life cycles and health transitions many of us navigate quietly, and what it means to choose your own rhythm in a world that keeps asking you to go faster.
Then we zoom out. We're going to explore how our individual moments of grit ripple outward, shaping the professional landscape for every woman who comes after us.
