​This is a closed-door lunch for founders and CFOs taking their New Zealand consumer brand to the world, hosted by James Hurman.

Going global from New Zealand is a different game, especially in FMCG. The home market is small, customers and retail partners are a long way away, and every new market brings a fresh set of decisions: which country and channel to enter first, when to appoint a distributor or put people on the ground, how to fund inventory, price for local markets, and move money across borders without losing margin along the way.

Over lunch, James will lead a roundtable where founders and CFOs of consumer brands share what they've tried, what worked, and what they'd do differently. Because everyone tells you to go global from day one, and no one hands you a playbook for about building a global FMCG business from the bottom of the world.
