​Access to Justice Parley 2026

This year’s Parley will convene government institutions, judiciary representatives, law enforcement agencies, correctional services, policymakers, technologists, academia, development partners, civil society organizations, media actors, youth leaders, law clinics, and international experts to collectively examine how justice systems can remain effective, secure, rights-based, and accountable within a rapidly changing world.

Theme: Theme: Balancing Security with Fundamental Rights: Terrorism, Technology and Access to Justice

The conversations will focus on advancing dialogue, policy recommendations, institutional collaboration, and innovative justice solutions that strengthen national security responses while safeguarding constitutional rights, due process, accountability, and equitable access to justice.
