The Ichötà Launch Affair

This policy applies to all Ichötà events. By registering for or attending any Ichötà event, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under English law, including those provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Ichötà curates exclusive, application-based social experiences designed to facilitate authentic connection. All events are strictly limited in capacity, and every guest is personally reviewed and confirmed by the Ichötà team prior to attendance. The experience offered at each event is described in full on the relevant event registration page, and Ichötà is committed to delivering that experience accurately and with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All Ichötà events operate on an invitation or application basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee a place. A binding contract between you and Ichötà is formed only upon receipt of your official written confirmation of a place and completion of payment.

Tickets are issued solely to the named individual and are strictly personal and non-transferable. Your place is confirmed on the basis of your individual profile and your compatibility with the other confirmed guests. Ichötà reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot verify that they are the named ticket holder.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Ichötà accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the registrant.

All Ichötà events are strictly for individuals aged 25 years and over. Proof of age may be requested upon entry. Ichötà reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who cannot verify their age.

All ticket prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of any applicable taxes, and represent the total price payable. No additional mandatory charges will be added at the point of purchase or thereafter. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration via the payment method specified on the registration page. In the event of a payment failure or decline, your application will not be confirmed.

Ichötà does not engage in drip pricing or any practice of adding undisclosed charges, in compliance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

4.1  Guest Cancellation After Confirmation

All ticket sales are final once your place has been confirmed in writing. Given the curated and application-based nature of Ichötà events, with places personally selected and strictly limited, we are unable to offer refunds following confirmation of attendance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4.2  Guest Withdrawal Prior to Confirmation

Should you wish to withdraw your application before receiving your official written confirmation of a place, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days of your request being received.

We recognise that unforeseen situations arise. In the case of a documented medical emergency or bereavement occurring prior to the event, you are welcome to contact us at the address below at the earliest opportunity. Each request will be reviewed with care and discretion by the Ichötà team. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a particular outcome, and any decision made does not affect your statutory rights.

4.4  Cancellation or Material Change by Ichötà

In the unlikely event that an Ichötà event is cancelled by us, all confirmed guests will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid, processed within 14 working days of notification. Guests will also be offered the option to transfer their place to a future Ichötà event.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, should a material change be made to an event — including a significant change of date, venue, or format — you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking. Minor changes such as small adjustments to the running order or supporting elements do not constitute a material change.

Ichötà shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, pandemic, civil unrest, or the actions of government or public authority. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date or a credit towards a future event. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with the spirit of the Ichötà experience. The following conduct will not be tolerated at any Ichötà event:

Ichötà reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any guest whose behaviour is deemed to be in breach of this policy or who represents a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Ichötà takes the health and safety of all guests seriously. We will at all times endeavour to ensure that events are conducted in a safe and suitable environment, in line with the health and safety obligations of the venue operator. Guests are expected to familiarise themselves with the venue's safety procedures upon arrival and to follow the instructions of event staff at all times.

Guests attend events at their own risk in respect of circumstances not caused by Ichötà's negligence. Nothing in this policy shall limit or exclude Ichötà's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Ichötà may appoint a photographer and/or videographer at its events for the purposes of marketing and brand content. By attending an Ichötà event, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the general event coverage. Such content may be used on Ichötà's website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be included in event photography or filming, please notify a member of the Ichötà team at the point of arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Guests may take personal photographs for private use. The recording, broadcasting, or commercial exploitation of any element of an Ichötà event — including the Ichötà Chemistry Circuit format, cue cards, or branding — without prior written consent from Ichötà is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of Ichötà's intellectual property rights.

All intellectual property associated with Ichötà events — including but not limited to the Ichötà name and brand, the Chemistry Circuit format, cue cards, event materials, and digital content — is the exclusive property of Ichötà or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants guests any right to use, copy, reproduce, or exploit any Ichötà intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Ichötà processes your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. When you register for an event, we collect information necessary to facilitate your attendance and to provide the Ichötà experience, including your name, contact details, and application responses.

We will use your data to: confirm and manage your registration; communicate event-related information; deliver the personalised Ichötà experience; and, where you have provided consent, to inform you of future Ichötà events and opportunities.

We process your data on the basis of contract (to fulfil your registration), legitimate interest (to operate and improve our events), and, where applicable, your explicit consent (for marketing communications and sensitive categories of data). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or to request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at 

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Event registration data will be retained for a period of 12 months following the event, after which it will be securely deleted unless you have separately consented to ongoing communications.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and registration platforms) strictly for the purposes of delivering the event. Any such providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. We will not share your data with sponsors or partners without your explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ichötà's total liability to any guest arising out of or in connection with an event — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the ticket price paid by that guest for the event in question.

Ichötà accepts no liability for: loss of or damage to personal property at an event; any indirect or consequential loss; or any matter arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ichötà is not responsible for the personal conduct or actions of other guests attending the event.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes Ichötà's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Ichötà reserves the right to amend this General Events Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Where any amendment materially affects your rights as a registered guest, you will be notified by email to the address provided at registration.

This policy and any contract formed between you and Ichötà in connection with an event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in this General Events Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under English law, including those provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
