​Candice Beaumont serves as Chairman of Salsano Group, a Panama-based family office and conglomerate invested in private equity, and Chief Investment Officer of L Investments, a single-family office investing across public and private equity.

​She oversees capital allocation across an internal fund-of-funds and direct investment portfolio and brings extensive experience spanning investment banking, private equity, venture capital, public-company boards, and family-office investing.

​Her career has included roles with Merrill Lynch, Lazard Frères, and Argonaut Capital, in addition to numerous board and advisory positions across publicly traded companies, investment organizations, and the global family-office community.

​Candice has also participated in leading family-office organizations and councils, including the NYU Stern Family Office Council, and has spoken at family-office and investment conferences around the world.

​Her perspective brings a unique look inside how sophisticated investors evaluate opportunities, deploy capital, manage relationships, and build long-term value.

​CARLO CISCO

​Founder & CEO, Select | Serial Entrepreneur

​Carlo Cisco is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Select, a digital membership community and concierge platform providing members with access to exclusive events, experiences, insider pricing, and VIP benefits.

​Carlo began his entrepreneurial career while in college and has since helped build and grow companies ranging from early-stage startups to major international businesses.
