Career Mentoring Pathways

​Join the CYP Club for a special storytelling and networking event focused on Career Mentoring Pathways as part of our Industry Insights & Networking Nights series.

​This immersive evening program will take place at Dawson on Wednesday, February 11 from 6:00-8:30pm and is designed to help professionals at all stages navigate mentorship, career growth, and meaningful next steps.

​This session explores how mentoring relationships — formal and informal — can shape career direction, accelerate growth, and provide clarity during moments of transition. Through storytelling and guided conversation, you’ll hear from local leaders and professionals who have leveraged mentors, coaches, and peer networks to navigate their careers.

​Designed to spark insight, connection, and practical takeaways, this event blends real-world perspectives with opportunities to engage, ask questions, and connect with others who are thinking intentionally about their professional path. Each guest speaker will share a brief personal narrative, followed by an interactive group Q&A.

​The session will be emceed by Sean McKay, Founder and President of the Garden District Corporation & CYP Ambassador. Speakers will be announced shortly.

​Whether you’re seeking guidance, considering your next move, or looking to learn how mentoring can play a role in your career journey, this session offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and grow.

​Cost: It’s $10 to attend (FREE for CYPremium members, students, and members in transition) and all are welcome! ! Soft drinks, catered appetizers, and snacks will be provided and parking is free.
