​For one night, our living room becomes an airport but with way better snacks. CAOS is taking over Casa Casa for a plant-based world tour, and you're flying economy-comfy: shoes off in spirit, glass in hand, sitting next to people who are about to become your new friends.

​Who's behind the menu?

​CAOS – O Futuro É Vegetal is the project of Sara Soares and Rodrigo Cláudio, a cook and a pastry chef who decided plant-based food deserved more than a sad side salad. Their cuisine mixes technique, creativity and sustainability, and it's surprising, sophisticated and full of flavour. Expect dishes that make you say "wait, this is vegan?" at least three times.
