About Event

My dear Terra Goddesses,

In honour of Women’s Rights Month, I’m deeply honoured to invite you to an intimate and powerful Terra Goddesses evening with Natasha Latiff, one of Singapore’s most courageous voices in human rights advocacy.

📅 Date & Time: Monday, March 9, 2026 · 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 Location: My home — 21 Nassim Road, Unit 03-21, Nassim Park Residences, Singapore 258462

About the Talk

At just 17, Natasha Latiff travelled alone to Afghanistan to work with local lawyers on cases of war and violence. Since then, she has dedicated her life to confronting some of the gravest human rights violations of our time: rape, torture, displacement, and persecution.

In this deeply personal talk, Natasha will share what advocacy looks like on the ground:
✨ The human cost of war, and the courage of survivors who testify
✨ The relentless, often unseen work of human rights lawyers
✨ Moments of unbearable loss, and the resilience it takes to rebuild
✨ How fear, tragedy, and even fiction have shaped her path and her healing

Too often, women’s experiences in war are forgotten. Natasha’s work ensures these voices are heard, harms are recognised, and perpetrators are held accountable. Her story is not only her own — it is part of a global struggle for women’s rights and justice.

About Natasha Latiff

Natasha Latiff is an international human rights lawyer from Singapore. She has represented survivors, trained legal teams, drafted laws and policies, made submissions to international courts, advocated before UN bodies, and led rescue and protection efforts in conflict zones.

She is the founder of Strategic Advocacy for Human Rights (SAHR) and co-founder of Women for Justice Organisation (WJO), both dedicated to survivor-centred legal aid and advocacy in fragile and conflict-affected contexts.
