Trans Sauna Night and Lake Plunge - Minnesota

​Step into a custom-built, high-quality, wood-burning sauna and embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation with trans people for trans people.

​Crafted to provide an authentic Finnish sauna experience, this event in a mobile oasis is a unique opportunity to unwind and detoxify in a luxurious setting lakeside with a beach.

​Enjoy our private group 75-minute escape from the everyday, complete with refreshing bottled water and plush towels. This will be a safe and affirming space for a personal wellness break or a special moment of self-care, where we can collectively indulge in a tranquil, health-enhancing experience that soothes both body and mind in these difficult times.

​This event is limited to 8 participants and 2 volunteers, and is for trans people who desire a welcoming sauna environment where they can feel safe. This sauna is at a public park. Although we will have the sauna experience to ourselves, there may be other park users on the trails or in the parking lot. There is a beach and a lake available for cold plunges, and a fire pit for post-sauna community building and cooling down.

​This event is intended for the Trans and Gender Expansive community and is for adults ages 18 and up. If you require a service dog to attend, please let us know and we’ll collaborate with you on how to keep you both comfortable and hydrated.
